Who is Flow with Ellie

Hi, I’m Ellie!

I’m a yoga teacher and the heart behind Flow with Ellie; a space created to support mindful movement, intentional living, and coming home to yourself.

I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Yoga Renew and a 50-hour training at Aaya Yoga in Bali, both fully accredited and registered with Yoga Alliance.

My classes are rooted in vinyasa yoga, blending steady breath, thoughtful sequencing, and a balance of strength and softness. I believe yoga isn’t about how a pose looks, but about how it feels, and about creating space to move, breathe, and simply be.

Flow with Ellie was born from a desire to create classes that feel welcoming, grounding, and supportive. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practising for years, my intention is always to meet you exactly where you are, offering options and encouragement to help you move in a way that feels right for your body.

I’m especially drawn to teaching practices that help people reconnect, and find moments of calm within busy, everyday life. Expect classes that are intentional without being intimidating, energising without being overwhelming, and soothing without losing their flow.

Above all, I hope Flow with Ellie feels like a safe and supportive space, somewhere you can arrive as you are, leave feeling a little more grounded, and carry that sense of ease with you beyond the mat.
